Winter arrived in Fayetteville this week with a huge punch of low temperatures and a dust of snow (my kids were thrilled!) so let’s celebrate that by rewinding to summer! I LOVE summer and I love the North Forty and I love flowers by my girl Hannah at Fleurish NWA and I love styled shoots (what’s up Opal and June?!) and I freaking love this shoot. I’m so excited to share these images with y’all!
And just as important!! How cute is Kate?!
Kate was one of my senior models way back in 2014 (dang!!) and it was so fun to see her and photograph her with Kristen, Michaela, and Jamie back in June! For this shoot, I really wanted to create something colorful and wild and free and The North Forty was the perfect place for this! Love all the greenery (can you believe this place is right off Crossover?), love the stone fireplace, love all the gorgeous spots around the property, and love the whole vibe. This was our first shoot with Michaela as part of the LCP Team and it was so much fun to get all the girls together and just shoot! The whole thing was such a blast!
And YEAH! I am the crazy lady who used deer candle holders / statues and candles of different shapes and colors and sizes on one table setting. I couldn’t help myself!! And not even going to lie – the used for the table setup? It’s totally the outdoor patio set I keep on my office porch and it was perfect!!
