Before we get started, I am going to ask a very important question.

Chelle at Bloom is a freaking miracle worker. She is so creative and her work is so inspiring in, like, every single way. From her love of horizontal bouquets to the way she totally thinks outside of the box – the bouquet above was built into a woven basket! – and the way she weaves so many incredible textures into a single bouquet, she is a floral genius and I absolutely love her work. It’s gorgeous!!
So! When I had an odd Tuesday off in May and wanted to load my car up and drive to Ponca for a styled styled couples session with the nearly-engaged (now engaged!) Trent and Kristen, I knew that Chelle would whip up something amazing. And Trent and Kristen?! Well, they are the raddest of the rad. Every single time I see these two, my cheeks hurt from laughing and I always feel super good about myself (hahaha) because they indulge my mom jokes and reassure me that I’m, like, a really cool mom… even when I see them at their friend’s weddings and make them dance like fools for photographs.
Super grateful to be surrounded by so many fantastic creatives (Trent is a photographer himself!) and I am so excited to share this fantastic shoot with you! It was such a blast and I hope these photographs give you a toothache because, truthfully, they’re the sweetest. These two glow!!
