Every once in a while, a session just clicks.

And this session! Oh! This session! It clicked! It clicked in a snap, crackle, pop kind of way where the “click” carried through the shutter of my camera and went straight to my photographer heart. I love this session! I found Angela on a modeling website and, as soon as I saw her, knew she had the perfect face for a set of photos (the photos in the coat) I’d wanted to take for nearly a year. So! When visiting family last weekend, I loaded up my car with my sister’s gorgeous (and faux!) fur-lined coat, drove to my favorite location in Lee’s Summit, and then we created some amazing photographs. I had so much fun with Angela on this shoot and am just absolutely giddy over the outcome.

Oh? And my new 135L that my husband bought me for Valentine’s (love him!)? I hear a chorus singing every time I look at that baby.
