Ever since my cousin Jade was a tiny little girl, she has been a drawing machine. She loves art and music (just like her mom!) so, when we took these photos of her at our Grandma’s property back in April, I couldn’t help but incorporate her love of art into her photographs. Jade was such a trooper through these! I literally walked into her bedroom and scoured it for things we could use (drawings! dreamcatchers! sunglasses!). I am so glad I did!
Since Jade is my cousin and this was the first time I’d photographed family in months, I went a little overboard in our session and I’m going a little overboard sharing here, too. I love how Jade’s senior photos turned out and I can’t believe she’s old enough to be out of high school! Congrats on graduating, girl! We had so much fun visiting y’all in Mountain Home for a night and taking these photos during a sunny afternoon (even though my husband got a ticket!).
