Senior Photographs in Fayetteville with a Little Whimsy
Y’all! I am so excited to finally share these senior photographs in Fayetteville with you!
This shoot – taken way back in 2021 (don’t judge me!) – is one of my all time favorite senior photo sessions ever. My shoot with Ellie was a two parter. First, we did a whimsical senior shoot where Ellie got to show off her makeup skills. Second, we took some killer senior photographs at the Momentary + a nearby nature spot. Ellie’s looks were so fun and showcased so much of her personality and I’m obsessed!
And her makeup skills? They’re amazing!
For studio shoots – whether they’re outdoor or indoor – I like to brainstorm backdrops by getting my clients to describe the vibe they have in mind. After that, I send three different examples of backgrounds (usually a mix of what I’ve done before and a pin or two from Pinterest!) and, from there, we build our idea! We wanted Ellie’s senior shoot to feel really whimsical, elevated, and nature driven. Most of all, we wanted them to be dreamy. To do this, I set up a backdrop stand in my garden, pulled out all the flower garlands from my flower garland box (lol), and loaded up my backdrop stand with a ton of shower curtain liners. And my fave part? Breaking the liners apart and pulling plants through!
So excited to share these colorful senior photographs in Fayetteville with you. These are a literal dream and I am so excited to show ’em off!
Check back tomorrow for Part Two of Ellie’s shoot!
