Spring Senior Photographs in Northwest Arkansas
Not going to lie: When Poppy started kindergarten, I had a total pipe dream that I’d be able to catch up on all the photoshoots I never posted over the past several years. That got crushed in about two days (hahaha) but, even though some of those sessions will have to just live in my heart (lol), I’m hoping to pepper in some here and there over the next couple of years! And today? We are rolling back a few years to Alyssa’s spring senior photos with flowers, books, and all the cottagecore vibes. A couple years after this shoot, I’m still so in love with these locations!
I mean, that dress + that willow tree? Could you even imagine something cuter?! I think no!
Why I Love Spring Senior Photographs
I love senior photographs all year round but, honestly, there’s something I just absolutely adore about spring senior photographs. I’m not sure if it’s the colors or the way the world just feels new but senior photographs in the spring are just so fitting. They’re so close to graduation, so fresh, and just full of life. I love them! And love that, for her photos, Alyssa chose to have some of her photos lightly styled (obsessed with that basket full of lilacs!) and that we got so many elements of nature in one shoot. From the willow tree (did I mention I’m forever obsessed with shooting in willows?) to Lake Atalanta to a quick stop in downtown Rogers, these spring senior photographs are just so charming.
Can’t wait to share these with y’all! Shoutout to Alyssa (and her mom!) for such a fun senior shoot in Rogers!
