Three Things I Loved! | Heather and Trevor’s Fantastic Wedding at My Moon NYC!

The Most Gorgeous Fall Wedding at My Moon NYC!

I am so pumped to share a bit of Heather and Trevor’s Brooklyn wedding with y’all this morning! Their wedding was so much fun and ridiculously gorgeous to boot. The cake! The flowers!  The venue! The fact that the bride and groom were bursting at the seams with happiness! Everything about Heather and Trevor’s wedding was absolutely beautiful – even the brick at MyMoon was to die for! – and their wedding was a total highlight of last fall for me and Andrew. It was such a wonderful day and we loved it!

And to be more specific? Here’s three things I loved about Heather and Trevor’s wedding day!

P.S. Not going to lie: I can’t wait to share a full blog post of their wedding day with y’all soon so get ready to fall in love!! These two are so freaking happy I can’t even stand it!

One: Heather and Trevor’s Bridal Party

Ah! Y’all know I love a bridal party who knows how to party (see what I did there?) and Heather and Trevor’s friends did not disappoint! Their bridal party was so fun, totally up for anything, and so fantastically full of joy, too. It was so fun to photograph these wonderful people at Brooklyn’s bustling Domino Park – the colors were incredible! – and I just adore the happiness jumping from these photos.

Two: That Heather and Trevor Were Married by Heather’s Brother-in-Law!

When Casey and Amanda married one another at the St. Louis Botanical Gardens, Casey’s dad married them! And at Heather’s wedding? She and Trevor also chose a family officiant: Casey himself! I love when couples are married by family members – it’s such an amazing experience for everyone involved (even just the crowd!) – and seeing this was a total blast. Way to go, Casey!

Three: This Awesome First Dance Practice

Heather and Trevor had the most amazing first dance (it went off without a hitch!) and, before they entered the reception, we popped outside as they snuck in one last practice. I love the photographs from their first dance so much but these just put a huge smile on my face. These two are so fun! I love it!

P.S. Their song? Never Gonna Give You Up! It was amazing!!
