Colorful Wedding and Portrait Photography in Northwest Arkansas
One thing about me: I freaking love colorful wedding and portrait photos.
A second thing: I’ve never really made a true ad set. But yesterday morning? That changed! After turning over the cutest set of engagement photos (I’ll link them here later!) and before finishing the cutest family mini (fingers crossed I’ll post those, too!), I sat down at my desk and decided: It was time to make an ad! And an ad I did! Isn’t she so cute?! I love the heart gems + swapping out the photos, too!
A third thing: I so loved incorporating some Opal and June vibes into these little ad cards! I have a whole lot of art history tees available on Opal and June so the paintings + gold frames are totally pulled from those tees! I honestly feel so proud of myself when I pull the brands together like this, hahaha. It’s like I’m a wizard! But in Canva! And with a camera! Is that cheesy? Absolutely!

Photos that Feel Like Sunshine and Hugs
After being silent (or nearly silent, lol) for so many years on socials, it’s been really unexpectedly fun to come back in and try out new things. Currently, I’m really just having fun with it and spinning fun phrases like:
Photos that Feel Like Sunshine and Hugs
Photos Your Grandkids Will Fight Over (is this my fave? Probably!)
Engaged? Let’s Bottle Up this Feeling of Sunshine!
And honestly? It’s a total blast. I hired an agency to do some test ads for both of my businesses last month and I’ve learned so much just from looking over the ads they created! I’ve never been really into marketing but it’s been so fun to think more about what kind of words I want to pair with my photos. I’ve always been into SEO (currently trying to rank nationwide for “colorful wedding photographer” if y’all couldn’t tell! lol) but I never really thought about putting together cute little ads and now I’m kinda obsessed. It’s so fun!
I do a lot of my work – design work, Opal and June listings etc. – in gaps of time when I can’t focus on editing (I am a seriously intense editor and need long stretches of alone time to edit) and I’m really excited to have another editing break activity up my sleeve. Don’t be surprised if you see more cute graphics like these! Annnnd don’t be surprised if you don’t cause, while I love making these little gems, I’d much rather be walking around laughing with my camera shoved up against my nose. Call me silly, but I think that may be my best look.
Want to see it? Contact me here if you’re looking for a photographer that matches your energy!
(P.S. Yes. Totally stole the energy line from one of the test ads.)
