Amelia and Tad are an awesome couple.
Married at Hazel Valley Ranch in September, Amelia and Tad’s outdoor wedding was a total blast full of so much joy and love! Amelia and Tad were friends (and co-workers!) for years and, as soon as I met them, their bond was super obvious and so genuine, too! These two are best friends who happen to be crazy in love – I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a groom as excited to get married as Tad was on his wedding day! – and, this morning, I’m excited to show off some of their wedding photographs with y’all!
Here’s three things I loved about their wedding day!
One: All. The. Tears.
Amelia and Tad let the water works run all day and I was THERE FOR IT! They are so in love!
Two: The Cake Cutting with Mason!
As a mom myself, I love seeing how couples include their children on the wedding day! Amelia and Tad included Mason in so many ways during their celebration of a wedding – he was even included in their engagement photographs! – and I LOVED how they included him during the cake cutting! This was such a fun way to have all of them spend time together and I absolutely loved this idea! He had a blast!
Three: Ending The Night with a Backyard Concert
Amelia absolutely loves the singer Barrett Baber from Season 9 of The Voice and, because Tad is amazing, he was able to snag Barrett for a private concert during their wedding reception! Seeing this was such an amazing experience – outdoor summer concerts are always the best anyway but knowing how much Amelia loves Barrett’s songs + how much Tad loves Amelia, it was just the sweetest in every single way. I loved it and everyone at the wedding loved it so much, too!
Congratulations, Amelia and Tad! I loved photographing your wedding so much and I’m so happy for you both! And yessss since this is technically the sneak peek blog post I usually post within a few weeks, I may have gone a smidge overboard with how many photos I’m posting below. Sorry not sorry!
