Today’s the day! I’m FINALLY sharing Abby and Ben’s full wedding blog post!!
Abby and Ben married one another at Sassafras Springs this past September and the day was so full of sun, so full of love, and so full of dancing and pizza and family and friends. Abby and I clicked the very first time we talked on the phone – pretty sure I made a million lame jokes – and, when her wedding finally rolled around, I was so pumped!! Loved this wedding, loved having Jamie come with us to assist at the wedding and, basically, everything about the day was laid back and cheerful and flawless.

Abby wore the most gorgeous BHLDN dress on her wedding day and, instead of a veil, she wore a beautiful floral comb designed by ZuZu’s Petals in Fayetteville. Y’all know that flowers are my favorite (love them!) and I’m so excited that floral combs are set to be a trend this year! They’re such a great way to add a little pop to your wedding day outfit and I’m so here for it! Way to be a trendsetter, Abby!

I love taking bride and groom photographs immediately after the wedding ceremony and right before the wedding reception begins. There’s so much emotion and love flying around and I love capturing this sliver of time for my couples – I look forward to these photographs at each and every wedding day!
Also! I’m basically a broken record about this but the light at Sassafras is SO GOOD!!
