Three Things I Love:
ONE. Sunny days – especially in early springtime.
TWO. Trees with flowers on them.
THREE. Photographing High School Seniors with awesome personalities.
Joanna’s Senior Session had all of these three things (and more!) and it was spectacular. Joanna – a 2016 High School Senior at HarBer High School in Springdale – is exactly like my friends were in high school and hanging out with her (and her mom!) to take her senior photographs was a total blast. Joanna loves architecture so we t0ok her photographs at the University of Arkansas and her session could not have come together more perfectly. The light was amazing, the university buildings provided the best backgrounds and, best of all, Joanna was so fun and easy to photograph. I loved meeting her!
After high school, Joanna is headed to Virginia to attend school and play golf. After college, Joanna plans to move to Washington D.C. (my favorite city ever!) and I am super excited to see what life has in store for her. This girl’s headed places, y’all! Joanna was my first senior of my 2016 Spring Senior Season and I could not have asked for a better person to kick off my spring senior sessions. I loved photographing Joanna – also her fantastic, jaw-dropping hair – and am so thrilled to finally share her photographs with y’all! She is the best!
^^ See what I mean about jaw-dropping hair? I mean, come on! She’s stunning! ^^
While walking around campus, we found the most gorgeous tulip trees of my life. I almost walked by them – the traffic around that area of campus was super heavy and there were people everywhere – but, instead, we stopped and took the next few photographs and I’m so glad we did. The next few photographs are my favorite!
And last but not least! We had to take a hair tossing photograph. It was so fun. Thanks for being a dream to photograph, Joanna! You are awesome.
