Last week, I had some of the most fun of my entire photography career photographing my up-and-coming 2016 Senior Model Team.
Similar to last year, we kicked off the year with three small group sessions and, in a word, they were amazing. In two words, they were ridiculously amazing. In three words, they were ridiculously, wonderfully, amazing. These sessions were so much fun! My Senior Model Program is a lot of different things – it’s a great way for girls to meet new friends and to gain confidence in front of a camera and it’s a great thing to put on a college application (especially for girls who plan sessions during the year!) – but, most of all, my Senior Model Program is fun. I love photographing real, sincere, and creative girls and I am so passionate about the fact that every single person is unique, beautiful, and capable of doing anything they set their mind to. And my Senior Models? All of them are living proof of these things! Our program this year is full of so many talented, smart, and amazing girls (have I said “amazing” enough in this post?) and last week was the perfect start to our program.
I love my 2015 Senior Models and, because I love them so much, it has been a little bittersweet moving onto a new year with new girls but, the more I get to know these wonderful girls, the more excited I become for the coming year. We are going to have so much fun and I absolutely loved spending three days (and dinners!) with this lovely group of girls! We are going to have the best year together!
