FOURTEEN YEARS! 💖 @andrewlchandler.
I'm not one to give out a bunch of marriage advice BUT if I did so it would be these two things! 🌸 First! A 14 year anniversary is totally the appropriate time to slap up a solo 13.35 year old photo and call it good for an anniversary post.

🌸 Second! Marry someone that you can grow through life with! This photo is a photo of two BYU students who'd been married for four months but hadn't even known each other for a full year. The way we got married was WILD (five months + one day after our first date! ✨) but I knew when I knew and I knew the first time we had a conversation that Andrew was the one for me. But! That said, I'm not the same person I was at 22. Or at 28. Or at 32. Or even at 35.

Life changes ALL the time. Marry someone that you can grow with and grow next to and someone that can give you breathing room when you need breathing room + no space when you don't want space. Andrew and I lead a very different life than we thought we would when this photo was taken and, while it's so different than we could have expected (we got married at 22 + left Mormonism at 29), it is so much better than I could have imagined in ways I never even thought to think about. Andrew's my best friend + fave person and I'm so happy to have a partner that is kind and supportive and really ridiculously funny and always up to try new things + someone who is all in for all of my ideas before I even plan them all the way out.

So! Before I get sappy! I'll say it again! 😂 Marry someone you can grow with, not just around... and if that person always makes you belly laugh at 1:30am when you know you should be sleeping? Lock that person down!! ✨

A little over a year ago, I decided I wanted to learn more about stock photography and, this year, I've been working overtime learning the ropes. It's been so much fun and so interesting to learn about different stock genres and, not gonna lie: I think I absolutely love it! 🌸

And shoutout to @ava_strack for being the loveliest human ever. I've officially photographed this girl more than anyone aside from my own kids (and mayyyybe @lblairharris) and she's just the best.

Not pictured: Poppy and Henry catching bugs in the yard + Victoria and Einstein jumping in and out of the photographs, lol. Shoots at home are full chaos and I wouldn't have them any other way. 💖
