A couple months ago, I woke up and felt like holding a giveaway. So! I went on Facebook and ran one a few hours later. It was fun and I felt very blessed by the amount of people who entered, so I ended up selecting two runner-ups who received a smaller session and amount of images. And Helen? She was one of the runner-ups! Hooray for Helen! (That phrase could be the title for a children’s book, no?)
Anyway! Helen was a runner-up and when she told me that she had a blue flowy dress she wanted to wear, I was really excited. Isn’t it gorgeous? She almost wore it as her wedding dress, so this dress holds a little bit of Helen’s heart and I was so pleased I was able to photograph her in it- she looked absolutely beautiful! Helen and I had met one time prior to this and it was so much fun to spend an early morning walking in an empty field by Lake Fayetteville. I am so pleased with the way these turned out- Helen honestly has the kindest eyes I have ever seen- and I’m excited for them to be on the blog today!
