Purple Flowers | Northwest Arkansas Photographer

I know it’s cheesy, but I love photographing flowers.

I picked these little beauties up at the grocery store the other day for a whoppin’ four bucks and separated them into several mason jars as soon as I got home. This little bundle is sitting on my night stand and, when I saw the morning light streaming in, I knew I needed to bust out my beloved macro lens. I love how these turned out!

The next photo is my favorite. My two-year-old Max has loved flowers since he was old enough to sniff and, when he walked in on me photographing these, he could not keep his little hands off them. Don’t mind that his hand’s a little blurry! I caught this next photo during a sneak attack!

Lissa Chandler is a portrait and wedding photographer in Northwest Arkansas. Lissa lives in Fayetteville with her family: a husband who has a heart-melting smile, a two year old who stores his favorite toys in the bathtub, a three month old who snores loudest in the family, and a shaggy dog, Napoleon, who she frequently mistakes for a teddy bear. Lissa often travels to the Greater Kansas City area and is available for travel nationwide. *
