Today’s the day! I finally get to share Lauren and JK’s wedding with y’all!
Lauren and JK – who met in Arkansas, crushed on each other in India, and went on their first date in Florida – married each other on a gorgeous July day at The Barn at the Springs. Lauren and JK are the kind of couple that you can’t help but root for; They are classy and fun and so full of life and goodness and, a month and a half later, I still feel so lucky that I got to be their wedding photographer. These two are awesome! And unsurprisingly? They were showered with so much love on their wedding day. Seriously! Everyone is so happy for these two!
How cute is Lauren?! Lauren put her heart and soul into her wedding and I just love this next photograph of her. She is beyond adorable and so in love with JK, too!
Lauren and JK’s wedding ceremony was absolutely beautiful and the photograph below of Lauren walking down the aisle with her dad kills me every single time I see it. There were so many happy tears while – and after! – Lauren and JK wed one another.
After the ceremony, it was time for more photographs! I love these photographs of Lauren with her parents – her mom is the nicest lady ever! – and I had so much fun photographing so many in-between moments during family formals and bridal party photographs. Lauren and JK have amazing family and friends and their love for one another is palpable. They are so fun!
On to the wedding reception! I love all kinds of receptions but my favorite kind of receptions are the receptions where people dance and laugh and then dance and laugh some more. Weddings are celebrations and I LOVE when people celebrate them! And at Lauren and JK’s reception? Everyone had the best time! I don’t think I saw anyone sit down for more than five minutes at a time and it was so fun to photograph so many people having an awesome time.
Also, the candle and flower setup at the sweetheart table? I love it!
