In 2015, I was lucky enough to photograph some absolutely breathtaking weddings. I shot weddings in Fayetteville. I shot weddings in Bentonville. I shot weddings all over Arkansas and the South (even the Midwest!) and I photographed weddings in backyards and in Eureka Springs and in churches and in dreamy Botanical Gardens and I even got to photograph weddings with sprinkles and with crazy fun dance parties and live bands and a I mean, I even shot a wedding in a creek! And to end my 2015 shooting season? I got to photograph the sweetest family wedding at the University of Arkansas’ Inn at Carnall Hall and it was perfect.
I love all weddings but I love them a little extra when they are family focused. Sarah and Walt have the sweetest family ever and everyone at their wedding was so happy for them and, honestly, I could not have asked for a better wedding to end 2015 on. Sarah is one of the sweetest people I have ever met in my entire life – and so easy to work with! – and I loved being able to photograph her and Walt (her husband!!) on their December wedding day. These two are wonderful!

While the girls were getting ready at Mayapple Salon, Sarah’s niece found – and fell in love with – a ladybug and it was adorable. She carried that baby around the whole morning!
