I first met Alison when I was twelve years old and I can vividly remember sitting at her kitchen table painting red and silver paint onto black t-shirts for spirit days at school. In high school, we played tennis together and worked together at the library after school so I have a ton of memories of this new mama from my growing-up years. Alison is sweet and funny and I can’t believe I have known her for over half of my life. I mean, I knew her before I had braces! Time flies! And for Alison and Brett, it about to start flying a lot faster.
Alison and Brett welcomed their baby Bo into the world earlier this month and, to put it lightly, this baby is ridiculously loved. Alison and Brett are already such awesome parents and it was so much fun to spend a morning with them last weekend while I was in Kansas City. These two have the cutest, most eclectic-ly decorated home and I loved being able to see them (and photograph them!) as they were still in the over-the-moon newborn phase that stays for such a swift period of time. I’m so excited to share these images of their family!
